I think that sounds about right per the R rate from what I remember? It is honestly a bit of a blur. On my interview day, there were like 66 people, and I remember he said maybe 1/4 would get A's (but I don't remember whether he clarified whether those came from CR)? I am really not 100% sure, though. Don't want to give misinformation; that is just my recollection. I remember being a bit surprised by how many people would get CR, but CR is not the same as waitlist.

he said 20% A outright (aka before Dec end, so this includes Continued Review peeps). i dont remember if they were going for a class of 150 or not, but i assume some amt will be accepted off WL as well. but WL will be proportionately small, i imagine ~30% WL -> A will hold

I just got my first publication accepted and have NYU interview in 2 weeks. Should I send an update pre or post interview?

I believe he said they will accept ~120 and shoot for ~100 matriculation and plan on interviewing 650 people

I would send pre interview to be safe - Dean Rivera told us to send in updates the day of our interview at the latest because your file goes straight to committee
