I don’t think admit II to A rates are higher. Just comparing what I’ve seen to what schools shared in their info sessions, although I’ve only been able to compare for Georgetown and Yale, they’re really spot on.
Maybe not but they're definitely higher in their secondary -> II rate in general

The NYU Kira interviews are MMI interviews with real people, through the Kira Talent platform (instead of Zoom or whatever). Other schools may use the same platform, Kira Talent, to have you asynchronously record time-limited video responses to prompts. I was confused by this too!

Yeah I think they can tell if you go off screen and maybe look to make sure you’re not reading something off camera idk tho. They also are better than zoom for doing waiting sessions and times quick interview sessions so that’s probably why they use them
Are the interview questions in the NYU tab accurate? Thought there was a NDA associated with MMI questions. Can anyone share how their interview experience went?
Question for people who have interviewed: Does anyone remember what days Dean Rivera said decision calls usually come out? I was the first interview date, and I remember Dean Rivera saying we would probably hear back the week of Oct. 15th (he said it was possible we could hear back a few days before, but based on last year, it looks like a lot of the decisions were in November). He also gave two days of the week he usually calls; I think it was Mondays and Fridays, but I don't totally remember! Thank you!

That is kind of what I remembered! Thank you!
Also - did he ever mention most people get placed on Continued Review (CR)? He did not during my interview day but based on last year it seems like most people were place don CR before getting an acceptance. Figured things can change from year to year.

80% - A+CR -> 20% A
