I'm so confused. I interviewed on 9/18, and they said 10/15 is decision day. Why is everything so quiet for everyone, and when should we expect something?!

They said 10/15 morning. Then the Director messaged the chat and said "Please reach out on Tuesday, October 20th if you have not yet heard a decision! I should have them all sent no later than Monday evening"

I've been told they sent out decisions over weekends last cycle, so yes that is my expectation.
