Does anyone know if MCG interviews are open or closed file?

EDs are having interviews today and Aug 20th, hoping one of then clarify.

What do you mean open/closed file?

Open file means they have access to your application whereas closed file means they don't.

Any RD IIs went out today?

Would also like to know if any RDs received IIs
