Yes. They essentially want people to serve in underserved communities within GA since that's where there's the most need.

I've heard that MCG sends out secondaries a little late for RD because they're trying to run the ED cycle - it'll be a minute

I recently spoke to the admissions office to ask about timeline; apparently they are expecting to send out secondary applications for ED sometime next week.
