Do we know if the rejections were MD/PhD or are they also sending MD rejections? Seems really early

Mayo doesn't send rejections this early in the cycle. They send them in September. Most of them are people who don't meet the 510 mcat threshold, and maybe some people don't finish the secondaries and so they just mark rejection in their own application manager.

You need to calm down and learn some communication skills. This is a historical trend. Just because acceptances came 1 week later than they historically have doesn't mean they changed every aspect of the admissions process. Historically it has been in September, and there's no evidence that mayo has released any rejections to date.

Calm down, maybe take some time off this website or talk to people around you.

i didnt know this was so triggering for you. it's really not that deep buddy.

i suggest you take some time off this website because you certainly get agitated easily for me simply pointing out that the trends you are referencing aren't very accurate this year. that's all i said hahaha

The only one who needs to calm down is you. It's a widely-known joke (based on the patterns) that this admissions cycle seems to be a sort of anomaly compared to previous cycles, which is what this anon was stating. With a lack of emotional control and being so quick to anger, you have some serious self-reflection to do before I would ever recommend matriculating. Your response to a very valid comment is genuinely concerning, and I hope you seek guidance to help ensure you are best preparing yourself to become a better person and aspiring physician. Please do better.

Anyone know what the AI essay is for?
Is their target student a career changer tech bro who suddenly discovered their 'passion'

They fw the tech bro stuff; one of my friends who got in last year was a dude whose ECs were like all AI stuff
