Do MSTP applicants also get holds?

sry abt that, whend you submit your secondary? i didnt even know they had holds

submitted and marked complete 7/21, i didnt know they had holds either but im just going to take it as a soft r so i wont be disappointed later lol

also got a hold this morning :') I guess it's better than straight-up rejection, which I got last cycle!
