Maybe they're only sending to people that are interview material as they review the primary more closely than previous years? That's the only reason I can imagine it's taking so long. A 506 cutoff would be quicker than this.

i could kinda see this being the case, esp since their secondaries seem a bit silly and more of a vibe check

I was probably just gonna shoot for 1000ish characters at most? Don't really feel like these prompts require that much space, I know I'd get annoyed if I had to read 500 words about three things someone doesn't care about lol
This might have been my most fun secondary to write. Maybe they knew that and saved it for last?
