Not yet, and I interviewed last cycle! I know people say this every year but USC seems to be actually behind this year.

i didn't interview last cycle but im hoping that reapplication doesnt work too hard against me since i have pretty good updates since last cycle

It's a standard interview. We can't fairly give you insights and advice when many of us went into the interview blind. Just do your best

Sure. There are often current students or people who interviewed last year lurking on the threads so I don't particularly see asking for insight as any more unfair than knowing someone who goes there. Doesn't hurt to ask.
