Is the portal down for anybody else? Getting this message when I try to sign in: "An unexpected error occurred while processing your request."

I think they said in the interview to upload thank you letters to the portal, even if you also email it to the interviewer directly. Does anyone else remember them saying this?

um i dont remember this.. i interviewed in the first batch/date so maybe they changed protocol?

i couldnt find the email for my student interviewer so i emailed them (admissions email) n all they said was that they directed my note to my student interviewer, nothing like "plz upload to the portal"

lmk tho i might be wrong and need to upload to the portal
