Anyone already done with the Kira asynchronous interview? What were the questions like?

What is everyone wearing for their asynchronous interviews?

like 4 questions, very chill, three spoken and one written - just about yourself, why medicine, a setback/failure

Do they screen after the asynchronous interview or does everyone get an automatic invite to the second round?

I think they screen! I got my real II today and there were probably less than 100 slots over three days open.

Real II sounds mean that wasn't intentional, I just got disappointed after finding out how generous the first one was and was beating myself up for it not being 'real,' sorry abt that language

Anyone else do the virtual asynchronous interview and hasn't heard back yet for the second synchronous part? Did mine a week and a half ago. How long should I expect to wait?
