are they sending the asynch II to everyone that's eligible after secondary or is it selective?

I got invited for a video interview yesterday. It’s a on Kira. This is the first time i’ve heard from them since I submitted my secondaries on July 23rd.

Same, we can wait and see how many received it or not.

I got the secondary a few days ago, it’s weirdly formatted though, like it looks more like an ad was that just me ?

Got II submitted secondary 8/22

Looking like a ton of people are getting the video II, but still happy cause it gives me a chance to show my personality!! I talked so fast and definitely fumbled one of the answers but hopefully they can see past that hehe. Congrats to everyone who got invited and cheers to being one step closer to the real thing.

I know you can't disclose the specific questions but were the video ones just the basic medical school interview q's and the written portion similar to Casper?

Yeah I did maybe 30 minutes of prep (this was my first "interview") and was totally fine. I'm also fine with speaking on the spot tho so maybe prep more if you're not. It was a lot easier than Casper IMO. I found I had just enough time to respond verbally and more than enough time for the written.

Anyone know if you automatically get a synchronous interview if you got offered the asynch one? I just did the Kira asynchronous one and I am confused if they pre-screen this to offer you a real one or if it was just the first step in the total interview process?
