I submitted my secondary a couple days ago but have not gotten a confirmation email. Does anyone have an estimate for how long this usually takes?

I submitted my secondary on the 29th of aug and received a confirmation of them receiving it on the 31st of aug

Took me 4 days. I got an email saying that they reviewed my primary and secondary
