They release all their decisions on the same day in late Feb / early March, regardless of if/when you interview

Do they accept thank-you letters??

did anyone who applied to both pathways + hst get an interview for only one or the other?

i applied to both, was offered an II from pathways and not offered an II from hst at the same time

for the secondary question about hours worked as an undergrad per year, if we did 3 years of undergrad, how do we record that? ik in amcas they have it be freshman, sophmore, senior, should i fill out freshman, sophmore, and senior for harvard or something else? would appreciate it if anyone is in a similar boat
