Personally, I just had my MMI at Geisinger. Honestly, of my 3 interviews so far, it was definitely the worst experience. No clear cutoff for Q&A made it way too long. Think people may just like asking questions for asking questions sake. Also, pretty notorious with the MMI format, but heavy technical issues required "make ups"

Can't reveal much detail since confidentiality agreement but it was just the logistics of how the MMI occurred I think that made it awkward, not the substance of the questions.
for anyone who has already attended a recruitment day, could u pls share what u/the general group was wearing. I don't want to be over or under dressed. Were people in blazers/normal interview attire or less.

I'd say most people were in normal professional/interview attire
do people think we will start hearing about acceptances soon?
