Yep just for IIs, I'm doing the exact same thing I think it's the best move, see you then!

Personally, I just had my MMI at Geisinger. Honestly, of my 3 interviews so far, it was definitely the worst experience. No clear cutoff for Q&A made it way too long. Think people may just like asking questions for asking questions sake. Also, pretty notorious with the MMI format, but heavy technical issues required "make ups"

I have mine in around 2 weeks, could you give me a full overview of their interview process from ur perspective!

I think it went fine in terms of the MMI; the questions were mostly straightforward. But a 4-hour interview day where about 2.5 hrs is just sitting and listening is really rough. It is just a standard MMI tbh just our group had technical issues and a long Q&A

I fully get that, my FAU interview was like a 6 hour day but a 30 min actual interview portion, albeit I enjoyed the day but so nerve-racking.

Anyone who's been to an in-person recruitment day or is planning to go, what are you guys planning to wear? They said the dress code is business casual, so for guys, are you going to wear a tie/blazer? Or just a buttondown shirt?
