I was in a similar boat for a while with an early submission and those around my submission date receiving an R or an II already. But then I ended up getting an II this past week. So I don't think you are out of consideration! I would continue being hopeful until you hear the bell ring

to my knowledge no, it literally was just an info session with the financial aid people. They hold a bunch of these sessions throughout the year

I just got the A via email! I got my email after I saw some others had already reported As in the live tracker, so maybe there is a slight delay on some of them?
