Does anyone know why my Letter of References are marked as “Not received”? I submitted a letter packet through AACOMAS so I thought it would have already been delivered.

If it’s been a couple of days and your status didn’t update, shoot them an email! Their admissions office is super kind and responsive

I submitted my application 6/16, but it still says im just in screening and that "Your application is incomplete and will be marked complete by admissions after screening."

Should I send them a message?

I received a complete email from them once my LORs were in. It can’t hurt to reach out and ask if there’s anything else other than the LORs that they’ll need from you to mark your file complete

Message them, but I think it was like that for me last year as well. If I remember correctly, they keep it that way the majority of the app cycle. I think they consider it 'incomplete' while you're in the review/screening process. I don't think it's necessarily a reflection of an incomplete application.

I had this until within the last week and submitted at a similar time. I emailed admissions and they told me that they keep it labeled as incomplete until someone goes in and manually screens to make sure you meet all of the requirements (ie they check your LORs meet their rules, etc). Once they do you will be marked as complete and they will start to consider you for an interview.

When I emailed them they were very friendly and helpful so no reason not to but it is a normal part of their process!
