at the end of the day theres no correct answer people get in without answering and people don't get in when they answer them so do what you want

Has anyone gotten in or does anyone know if you need a NS letter from a professor to be considered? I have no committee letter but have 2 S professors, 1 volunteer, 1 MD, 1 Supervisor

yup, i submitted on 7/14 and they emailed me on 7/22 saying my app was complete

Haven't gotten a secondary from them yet. Is this something to worry about?

Per MSAR, it looks like they do screen applicants, more so for OOS
