It’s not, you’re in a group for the whole day but the interview portion is 2 1:1 10 min interviews

yes literally, interview portion is only 30 mins from the whole day lol

Yeah the interview portion is just 30 minutes with 2 or 3 people asking you questions.

For the whole day? I was told on the phone that the welcome session is optional and that we only have to log on at our time for the interviews?? I guess I have to change plans now 😭

The welcome session is optional and the interview is 30 min with a panel of 3 people in one zoom room asking you questions during that 30 min. That’s it. Not sure why they are making it sound more complicated than that.
