From what I'm gathering from the most recent video, only 140 are ultimately rejected after getting an interview by the end of cycle. The rest are directly accepted or put on a waitlist then accepted (due to very high melt rate). Does that not j mean an interview gives you around a 85% chance of acceptance by end of cycle?? Also, she says that they will give you specific tasks to work on after waitlist (getting more clinical/volunteering etc) which boost your chances even further for getting off.

I watched the most recent video, but did not see where this information came from. Can you clarify how you reached this conclusion plz

It’s at the end of the latest video released, but this number also includes those that withdrew from the waitlist so not 850/999 were accepted

But essentially, it’s saying if going to MD school for you is ride or die by Creightons decision, there’s an 85% chance you’ll have the opportunity to attend?

It’s a little misleading because a lot of the people who withdraw from the waitlist (not included in the 150 number) also wouldn’t have been accepted if they stayed on the waitlist.

Regardless though, they do have a very high post-interview acceptance rate, and like someone else said if someone ends up getting waitlisted they’ll tell them why. So submitting updates addressing those weaknesses undoubtedly will increase chances even more.

Yeah that makes sense. So let’s say being conservative that about 100 people aside from the 140 would have been rejected from the waitlist. That still gives like 70-75% chance of being admitted which is honestly better than most schools (I think the avg is a coin toss)

Yeah, also in that same video they said they offer about 2.5 acceptances per seat available. So about 63% are admitted immediately.

when prepping for interviews, did you guys only look into opportunities at the specific campus you applied for? or prepped for both campuses just in case they asked

They will interview you with the campus you have in mind. But will also ask general questions to assess your understanding of Creighton as a whole.
