Yup! I completed my MSTP app on 07/31, and I received an II today at 10:59 AM EST.
Since Case's MSTP is rolling, does that mean if you didn't receive an interview and submitted early to consider it a soft R?

Nah, not necessarily, these schools put people on hold to re-compare them with different applicant groups all the time. My understanding is the early IIs are moreso applicants that the school is particularly excited about.
Does the MSTP release IIs throughout the day, or just all at once?
are the iis today mstp again or reg md?
