This happened to me for a different school and what worked for me was paying from my phone instead (logging in to the portal from a mobile device and paying from there instead of computer - no idea why this worked but might be worth a shot). Alternatively I've seen specific cases where the browser was the issue (google vs safari vs firefox etc) so maybe try to use a different browser if the phone doesn't work?

Looks like MD from the school lists of the people reporting
In general, most schools start sending MD IIs before MD/PhD. If you look at the CycleTrack results from previous years, you'll see that August is quieter for MD/PhD than MD, but then MD/PhD gets more interviews in the September-November range than MD, who also end later than us.

what time did you guys get rejection emails? wondering if they send them out all at once or throughout the day...
I received my R at 12:15 EST. Am I still eligible for CCLCM if I was rejected by the UP?

If I'm not mistaken, they're reviewed by entirely separate committees, so yes!

anyone get it at a diff time? seems like someone said they got the R an hour before
