YES, this is so comforting. I submitted a request to them saying I needed help because it keeps saying 1) "essay is incomplete" 2) personal section "application is closed"

No, I was able to submit my application fine. Make sure you put words in every answer!

the portal does update because thats where you schedule the interview through, but i was notified of the ii first via email
