YES, this is so comforting. I submitted a request to them saying I needed help because it keeps saying 1) "essay is incomplete" 2) personal section "application is closed"

No, I was able to submit my application fine. Make sure you put words in every answer!

For the physician shadowing portion, one experience was through a connection I had at a hospital I volunteered at. There was a nurse practitioner who was my "manager" and set up the shadowing. I listed her information on my work/activities section since she knew about the experience and felt like I didn't want to bother the doctor since he's extremely busy. Would it be a big deal to put her email and number for the shadowing experience on the Western portal, or should I contact him to get his phone number. Probably not a big deal either way but was wondering if it mattered.
