Just got an email that i have passed the experiences review step and am now being considered for a phone interview? What does this mean? Anyone else get this?

I haven't! When did you submit the secondary? Did you get a separate notification email that said your application was under review?

Submitted secondary 7/2. Got an email that I was under experiences review July 20th. Then today July 29th got the consideration for phone II. I'm not convinced that this "means" anything however. Anyone know if everyone gets to this point or is it like a filter?

fwiw when i applied last cycle i got the consideration for phone II and then the next update i received from them a few months later was a rejection. someone else i know that also applied to wmed had the same thing happen. i think everyone gets this email if they make it to experiences review tbh.

I did, I got a email today to schedule for a phone interview. I did apply last year with similar stats but late in the cycle (late September) and less research which ended up being a rejection. As far as I know everyone gets the consideration for a phone interview after experiences reviewed but they don't reject until the end of the year so you could be sitting in consideration for phone interview for months.

Submitted my secondary on 7/13, moved into the experiences review step on 7/20, and then got the phone invite today

Did you guys get an interview saying you were under experience review?

Yes, I got an email saying I was my application was now in the experiences review, and then I got another that said I was now in consideration for a phone interview. I'm sure you'll get an email shortly.

I submitted on friday and got the email for experience review i think? it's titled monthly update so actually i dont know if this is something everyone has gotten or not

i don't think they're going in order; i'm also OOS w/ zero connections and submitted on 7/7 but was notified that i'm under review on 8/17! no other update yet!

I am OOS, submitted secondary 7/15, got the under review email 8/10, under consideration for phone interview on 8/17, and got a phone interview this morning 8/20

thanks for sharing! so just for clarity: you received email notification that you were under experiences review, then another stating that they completed your experiences review, and then a third inviting you to the phone interview?

Yes I went to experiences review on 8/10

Did anyone else complete their experiences review very fast? Like under 12 hours? Also does everyone get considered for phone?

My initial Experience Review of my application got completed on 8/10, and was put currently under consideration for a telephone interview then. Still no word since, am i cooked???
