Just got an email that i have passed the experiences review step and am now being considered for a phone interview? What does this mean? Anyone else get this?

I haven't! When did you submit the secondary? Did you get a separate notification email that said your application was under review?

Submitted secondary 7/2. Got an email that I was under experiences review July 20th. Then today July 29th got the consideration for phone II. I'm not convinced that this "means" anything however. Anyone know if everyone gets to this point or is it like a filter?

fwiw when i applied last cycle i got the consideration for phone II and then the next update i received from them a few months later was a rejection. someone else i know that also applied to wmed had the same thing happen. i think everyone gets this email if they make it to experiences review tbh.

I did, I got a email today to schedule for a phone interview. I did apply last year with similar stats but late in the cycle (late September) and less research which ended up being a rejection. As far as I know everyone gets the consideration for a phone interview after experiences reviewed but they don't reject until the end of the year so you could be sitting in consideration for phone interview for months.

Submitted 7/16 and haven’t heard anything about experiences review. Anyone else?

Submitted my secondary on 7/13, moved into the experiences review step on 7/20, and then got the phone invite today

I submitted 7/14, experience review completed 8/2, phone interview invite today 8/4
