Interviewed 8/4 and have not heard anything. Have talked to someone else from that interview day and they have not heard anything decision either.

I interviewed week of 8/4 and got an A 10/16. I think they had a ton of interviews that week though, so very likely just slowly making their way through apps!

i feel you, fully expect to get hit with a WL tomorrow (or possibly they will ghost us for eternity instead who knows)

just got an II and its my first MD II!!! im super hyped bc Wayne state is one of my top choices for MD. any advice for the virtual MMIs???

Learn about ethics and watch some youtube videos on how MMIs are conducted. You can also find good information on sdn or reddit

None of the MMI questions like caught me off guard. It def feels like it is moving fast lol so remember to breathe. Also I think I bombed one of the MMI questions and I still got the A, so don't let one bad answer affect the other questions - you have a different rater for each one! Good luck!

Does anyone know if Wayne State is still sending out II? Ik their secondary deadline is in February so I thought maybe they'd keep sending thru then, but they've already interviewed over 1400 applicants

No one knows since no one has reported, but it is safe to say it’s unlikely now. They’re known for being done sending them early

Looks like there were a few last cycle in January. Also reporting is more sparse later in the cycle, so I would expect some under/lack of reporting in Jan-Mar. I would assume they have dates and slots open to give out through their deadline.

I heard that they filled their class by the end of November

You can see on sdn that they kept sending IIs up until December. Their class isn't full yet, though, they pull many off the waitlist - offering about 600 admission offers when all is said and done.

Interviewed 12/8 and nothing. Theres gotta be one more round of offers coming...their tracker was updated December 11 with 478 offers sent. Looks like they send out at least 600 a year...so theres gotta be one more batch of As coming...right?! 🥲🥲

Not sure if the 600ish offers includes the waitlist movement? From what I understand their WL moves quite a bit.
