I've been going through the people who have II's so far on here and it seems to be insanely high stat ppl (mostly 520+++) who didn't apply to any other VA programs, which tells me they're mostly OOS-ers

What shocks me is how much IS tuition is compared to OOS. What a slap in the face to only save 10k per year

Also it's a state school why is it so stat heavy? They should take notes from Ohio state and such.
