How common are scholarships at this school, and can you get them later on?

I got an A with full tuition two cycles ago. Looking through previous threads on SDN it seems like they hand out a handful of them per class. I personally do not know anyone in my class with one, but know of at least two in the class above me with full tuition.
From what I understand, they offer your scholarship with your acceptance (i.e. prematch if IS, acceptance if OOS). I have not heard of any advertised scholarship opportunities other than those that are outside of UTSW. Hope this helps!

What all does the full scholarship include? It says minimum 200k, does it go over that?

I think it depends. Mine was full tuition, so basically all of the tuition and fees are covered. I've seen others on SDN report full coa, which includes tuition + estimated cost of living expenses. I only know of people who have received the full tuition scholarship, but I'm sure that there is someone (or multiple people) in my class that have received full coa

Did you interview in the first wave and receive an acceptance the very first wave?
