how is everyone approaching the AI disclosure? I feel like this and the last few cycles are first up for how med schools will be approaching AI usage, and I hate that it is just another variable to consider smh. I don't want to get flagged if I didn't use a program, but I "sound like" I did

I have been using AI for grammar, word repetition, and to review my essays to see if they answer the secondary prompts well. I say just be honest about using AI even if using it minimally. If you 100% don't use AI, then just don't worry about it. In terms of getting flagged for using AI when you didn't, you likely would not know if that was the reason for an R since they likely aren't going to send an email telling you about it. So just don't worry about it and write the best secondaries you can.

I've heard it's just for research purposes. They don't hold it against you either way.
