how were the interviews like (other than the student ambassador panels)? any ethical prep required, or is it mainly the traditional format?

It was honestly very chill, and nothing as I had prepared for. They basically went down my AMCAS and then discussed those items. There were no off-the-cuff, off-AMCAS, situational questions or "why" questions at all. It was about 4 hours in total. I interviewed at SLU and was accepted, and it was much more in-depth and challenging.
