don’t stress on kira date bc it really just depends when ur reviews do their review (which who knows when). ik mine got delayed bc someone ik got sent mine and had to recuse themself from rating mine.

The latest was like 2 weeks away iirc, so I think they're releasing interviews in pretty small batches and still making their way through the list!

Did anyone who received the MMI almost a month after Kira get accepted yet? Just trying to see if there is a correlation and how Kira is being weighted bc I'm freaking out

I don't think they would interview people that they aren't seriously considering.

Then why do some people receive the MMI within two weeks and some within a month? could it be based on performance?

I think its just based on their capacity.. think about it. They just started sending out A’s.. they are busy. Things take time. Reviewers take longer than others. They were sending them out in 2 weeks earlier and now its taking a bit longer

Anyone else think the few offers that have come out look promising. It seems like they are more sure on who they are interviewing this year rather than waitlisting and rejecting more individuals who have interviewed. Maybe I’m just being hopeful
