Where did people hear / see that if you're invited to do Kira you'll be invited for a virtual interview? This is what I'm seeing on their website:

"At the T.H. Chan School of Medicine at UMass Chan Medical School we do mixed, structured interviews by invitation.

Invited applicants will begin by completing a series of brief, videotaped responses in the Kira Talent portal. Based on their performance, they may be invited to a series of live, one-on-one, virtual structured interviews."

if u go back a few pages there was one person who got theirs about a month later. no discernable pattern so i wouldnt stress

There are multiple people further back in this thread who say the dean mentioned that everyone with a video interview will get a live interview. There has yet to be a person who has come on here to say they haven't made it to the live interview.

IK two who did kira and were rejected. I think response bias does play a role in this.

Welp, I guess there goes that... Kinda disappointing, considering that is what had been stated. Now the waiting period is feeling a bit more stressful. Do you know if those rejected were for a specific stream or just regular?

Has anyone done the MMI yet? How was the intensity of qs compared to Kira?
