no one has a great guess imo, given their application process got changed this year. hoping someone will come update here when they hear back post kira

Has anyone received a Kira Talent interview after that first wave on 8/18? Or have they only sent one wave of them so far?

just got mine tonight! for reference I'm an IS applicant applying to LEAD@Lahey. Secondary submitted last week (8/19) and got the email at 5pm on 8/26

from what I heard is they review your kira to determine if you get an MMI invite

Right, this post that i made was about timing of follow up after the kira interview. Also I am pretty sure there is no MMI anymore. Their website quotes a 1-1 interview and an additional interview if you are being considered for one of the tracks.

seems like kira replaced the mmi. My understanding is that only PURCH applicants will do MMI
