Has anyone here interviewed at this school yet? I have an interview next week but I’m not sure if this is their first batch of interviews. I’m so nervous!!

Interviewed a couple weeks ago and it was very chill. I can't say much because of confidentiality, but it was a good experience and they want to get to know you

I don’t even have an II from UIC but they do have a very high post-interview acceptance rate. I’ve heard from UIC students that their interview is mostly a vibe check and even if you’re waitlisted, you’re likely to come off the waitlist later in the cycle. Hope that makes you feel a bit better!

do y'all think uic will look at how long it took people to submit secondaries?

i got the secondary invite on 7/22 and would've submitted around 4ish weeks but then their portal was down for like a month

so now, technically, i'm submitting my secondary 8-9 weeks after receiving it, which is making me nervous LOL

Eh I feel like they will have grace and not look at it too hard tbh. But you never know whats being said behind those closed doors

IS II received today. Primary app submitted 5/28. Secondary received and submitted on 7/8. Interview scheduled for 10/6. So unbelievably excited!!!!
