You can see from the cycle results that those getting II have multiple applications out, so they are RD

I finished writing my UIC app and was stressed it would be late...only to realize I never received a secondary? (I added UIC on 8/24) I emailed adcom to check because I know they screen, but I received a secondary last year so it would be weird if I got screened out I think. Anybody in same boat/is the portal still down?

yeah It is likely due to the portal being down. I just tried to get in portal and it didn't work.

Update: I got a generic response about tech issues and IT working on it so … I … guess I just can’t submit my secondary lol until it’s fixed😭
