need some genuine advice here-- reapp but got WLd here last cycle... still a top choice. Should I be reaching out even if they dont accept updates pre-ii or do I just have to wait helplessly? Kinda thought the WL last cycle would have gotten me an II again but may have been blissfully ignorant on that...
