You can use the PRIDE essay to sneak in personal life challenge and how it affected/motivated you
Sent them my primary on a whim yesterday got my secondary just now! Just to add another data point.

Sent my primary in last week (7/16), received secondary yesterday (7/20).
FYI secondary is due in two weeks of receipt, so definitely brainstorm those essays.

They did say 3-10 weeks within receiving the primary so we just have to hold out hope I guess :/
