It seems like you have this tab because you received an interview. therefore, everyone would not have this tab

Yes secondary submitted 7/26. Hopefully a good sign! Just didn't want to get ahead of myself since I have yet to get an official email saying im invited

I don't have it, just "welcome", "application", and "status" pages! congrats, yes hopefully it's a good sign!!

About 5 minutes later I got the interview email!!! Absolutely incredible for me as a reapplicant with 0 interviews my previous cycle.

genuine question here - I got WLd last cycle and now reapplying, is there anything (within reason) that I can do to try increase my odds of getting another shot
