Anyone know how PRIME IIs work? I know they released their first batch a couple of weeks ago but I am dying to know how they process them!!

I second this and would add if anyone knows about JMP?

Just got a JMP II, the only dates available are Thursdays and they will tell you the time of the interview the day of. You also need to apply to UC Berkeley Graduate Studies after you get a JMP II.

I just got an interview invite and for the information session, has anyone been able to reschedule it without changing the interview date? I scheduled my interview for a day I can be free all day, but I have a prior commitment on the day before, which is the day they assigned me for the information session.

omg I also bombed my fac interviewer :((( I was so nervous and felt the disconnect, and I could tell they werent impressed. have been crashing out about it a lot, since ucsf is my dream school

if you strongly communicated your reason for medicine, you are probably fine. They seem to asses that the most.

Could anyone clarify if you're told in your II email whether you will be interviewing for PRIME-US? I applied for PRIME-US but my II email just said that I would be interviewing for the medical degree program.

I think they're told to stay neutral. Had a similar experience and I've heard the same from others.

Isn't that data from last year's admit tracking? This year I thought UCSF started the process a bit late (1-2 months or something), so it's possible that last year's tracker wouldn't hold

Only the adcoms know, but maybe based on past cycle trends

They sent out on Wed 12/10, not sure if the trends still hold today but hopeful

I think those ones were for their PRIME Program, maybe regular MD is another day?
