how far through the mstp II are they

Anyone have any ideas with what type of students UCI is looking for? cannot get a sense with the current student profiles that received II

If I don’t have an II and submitted secondary 8/12, what do you guys think? Might be over or nah?

does anyone know if they take LOI or updates? (post intervie)
