Any AL residents stressing about their app for UAB? I’m quite concerned and I am tryna get a reading on how others are feeling.

I'm from Georgia which is still OOS but like closer? Anybody have experience applying or just writing for strong ties while being OOS? Would it even be worth it to apply? I've been to AL a could times but nothing long enough to be strong ties lol

Yeah they’re nowhere near as strict as South Alabama is about residencies/ties. Most of their OOS acceptances are from neighboring states as well, I think you’re in a decent spot
