little confused, so after the “under review” email you either get 1) ii or 2) pre-ii hold (what everyone is referring to as soft R)? those are the 2 outcomes as of right now?

Can someone shed some light for me? I received a complete email is there another email that comes after this once I am under review? Because the complete email says something about a red exclamation point that will turn green once I am under review. I have checked the portal a few times and have yet to find anything that resembles a red "!" but also have not received an email explicitly stating that I am under review. Thank you!!

That’s some old stuff, it doesn’t happen anymore. You can stop looking for it now.
