i think so because if you looked at past cycles, a few people who interviewed the week before oct 15 also got decisions but it could be diff this cycle

wait idt they call for an A, if u looked at SDN last year, people in the first wave of A's said they only got an email (also if they changed it this year, imma still be delusional and believe what happened last year)
