Can anyone explain the interview format. I see there are Mmi, but for the other portion how long is the 1 on 1, and are there multiple 1 on 1s?

Had my interview today; it was amazing! MMI format, but they walk you through what the process looks like during the orientation and were very welcoming to questions. My interviewers were exceptional and, though some were appropriately stone-faced for an MMI-style interview, made me feel like I was capable. Make sure you do some research on their program to have good questions for the student panel and faculty, but the day really helped me to feel like I could be a strong physician in El Paso.

Does anyone who interviewed know how long it took to receive the tour email? I haven't gotten it yet, and was wondering if I should email them

If I'm understanding you right, the "tour" was really part of orientation. You could probably find a virtual option online or go in-person (which they recommended in my interview). Unless you got a separate request to get a tour, that's my best advice.
