Yup, I got the application is now complete email on 7/20, this email subject today was "SUNY Upstate - Application Under Review."

I submitted my secondary on 7/22. Should I continue to wait for this LoR issue to be resolved or should I email the school at this point since its been 5 days now?

i submitted on 07/09, emailed, and they said the issue is still being resolved...

Ok another post for this thread, sorry— I submitted July 10 but my letters are still missing. Should I send another email? I sent one before they sent the one en masse, but I'm getting tight that I submitted so long ago, did everything I was supposed to, and got another email two days ago saying my stuff was missing. So, should I send another? Or wait it out/anyone in the same boat?

Yup, I submitted 7/9 and my LOR are also still missing. I emailed them about a week and a half ago too and just got the generic response back…kind of sad because the two week window has passed now
