"This email is to inform you that your application to SUNY Upstate Medical University is now complete. Once the Committee has completed their evaluation of your application and credentials, a status notification will be sent to you informing you of their decision."
what does your under review email say?
Here's what it says for the under review email (i never got a complete email):
Your application to SUNY Upstate Medical University is currently under review by the Admissions Committee!
To view the status of your application, log into your __
While your application is under review, you can use your __ to check the status of your application or to upload any relevant updates to your application that you would like the Committee to consider, though this is not required. Examples of relevant updates might include information pertaining to new grades and/or experiences (research/volunteer/community service/paid employment etc.).
Once the Committee has holistically reviewed your application, we will reach out with a status update.

I'm OOS and i was considered complete yesterday (i think they manually verify payment or something). I have really strong ties to the region although i dont think it means anything
