HPWL.... so sad and devastated

I‘m telling you I think it is because they overenrolled two years in a row and are being way more conservative. If you look last year only like three or four people were WLed over the entire cycle meanwhile that many people were WLed on day one. I reckon once they wrap up interviews in Feb we’ll see some early WL movement. Also if it means anything I do believe that everyone who was WLed last year got in somewhere. Or maybe I’m coping hard.

they are WLing more than last year. not sure why. -a fellow HPWL warrior

they said on interview day that they are not changing their admissions practices based on them overenrolling a little bit the last two years but it seems like they are waitlisting a lot more
