There are some toggle questions that show up, and if you click yes, then a written response box shows up, varying from 250 to 500 words.

Yes, the essays are the same. My answers to the short answer yes/no questions didn't result in any areas for additional writing. However, there seems to be a video recording section.

1) Please describe any obstacles that you have encountered during your journey to a career in medicine and how you overcame them. (500 to 1000 words)

2) RUCOM recognizes the importance of Social Determinants of Health as key drivers of healthcare outcomes, including those in Nevada. As a future physician, how would you seek to address these Social Determinants of Health in your future practice? (500 to 1000 words)

3) Describe your interactions with someone from a different cultural background or life experience and what you learned from that interaction. (500 to 1000 words)

Can someone with a secondary please let me know if they are also experiencing technology issues filling out the prerequisite and video response test portions? I am using Google Chrome

Is anybody else experiencing technical issues with the video response section. It won’t let me answer video 1 and the timer ran out before I could answer video 2 and the timer ran out because I was trying to figure out how to answer video 1

yeah, I had a similar issue. I called them and they said they're fixing it.

What kind of video question they ask?

Does anyone know what the video response questions are? Also can I view the prompts without actually making the video response?

Also I just wanna say that the school's mission is amazing but it's kind of concerning none of their clinical sciences professors have teaching experience.

CA resident but a good amount of volunteering with underserved communities. No ii's yet so to be honest I'm gonna go for it I need to feel something haha

Good luck! I received an II from them so it does seem like they do screen holistically. I have strong ties to Nevada (IS) as well though so I am not sure if that plays a factor.

go for it, also note that they have video secondaries and a 2 week deadline I think so don't push it off or else its just a donation atp

The pre-Interview session yes, it should be in the email confirmation for your pre-interview appointment

No, you should receive another link for your interview. I got mine the day before my interview

How long did it take y'all to get a secondary after verification?

I submitted primary Friday Sept 25 and received the secondary Monday Sep 28.
