Waiting to hear after submitting secondaries in Oct. However today got an email to fill in a survey. Very confusing why and what for received the survey email.

There were people who got Rs and people who didn't even apply that got it, so I wouldn't read too much into it

Does anyone know if they accept letters of intent? This is my top school and I would go there if admitted off the waitlist- I’ve just seen conflicting things on whether they accept them or not.

They don't accept them, I'm also on the waitlist and someone ik emailed and asked and they said they don't accept them/

Has anybody heard from the adcoms about if the cycle is over or will they send more interviews out later?

did anyone else on WL get the financial aid night email? Do they send us all the info even if we are on the WL? Should I be filling out FAFSA for them?

Did not talk to them directly but it seems that they send out more invites around mid Feb. The latest one last year was March 2nd. They started in August for both of these cycles so I'd assume that they're not 100% done yet.

You should definitely fill out FAFSA for all schools you might be accepted to. I believe by March 1. Otherwise, you won't be eligible for financial aid should you get in. You can submit for up to 20 schools on the same form, so I just put in the schools I interviewed at and then all the ones I hoped to get an interview at (which is so not happening, but wishful thinking).

+ II pretty shocked tbh. Also MSAR says classes start 8/10 but I've read on forums that classes start 6/8? Is that in person 6/8?

Congrats on the interview! In-person classes start August 10 with orientation the week before but the Summer Start program runs 6/15-7/31 with orientation beginning the week of 6/8. Summer Start is 1 credit online, apparently meant to ease us in without too much effort on our parts. Summer Start is a requirement, which is nice, because it means you can be grandfathered into Pell grants if you apply for them before they cease to exist on 7/1. They'll tell you more about it on your interview day.

Honestly getting really frustrated. really thought it was gonna be this week

I have been trying to join the GroupMe for admitted students and it has been weeks and they never accepted me😢. How long does it usually take to get approved? I even tried to join SDN, and again, I have not been approved so I can post. What am I doing wrong?
