Does anyone know the format of the interview (i.e. how much time we get to think after seeing the question & how much time we can speak for)?

when you check in it says that you should expect 6 questions with 24 minutes to answer. not sure if thats totally accurate though.

Once you do the check in you will get an email that says the day and time it's due. I got mine on Tuesday and it's due on Sunday at 11:59.
Checking in doesn’t mean you have to start it, right?

no you can do the whole check in and then it doesn't start until you press start assessment. you can close out and come back whenever you want.

Based on a friend who interviewed last year, she said there is no prep time, so its just a video of someone asking a question and then it starts recording you. In the email it said that they don't expect you to start talking right away so I think its fine if you take some time to think but you will be recorded. and then based on the fact that it says 6 questions and 24 min total, im going to guess its about 4 min per question to answer.
Does anyone have any idea how long after our interview we should expect to start getting decisions?
